Our Offers
Inspired Ed provides flexible, personalised learning programmes for children, young people and adults who benefit from a different approach to education. Our programmes are designed for learners with SEND, autism, PDA, anxiety, EBSA or EBSNA, as well as those accessing EOTAS, EOTIS, alternative provision or elective home education. In addition to our accredited programmes, Inspired Ed can also provide distance learning education and/or activity boxes without AQA certification for learners who would benefit from a more flexible,
nonaccredited option. These programmes offer the same personalised, lowpressure approach and can be fully tailored to individual interests, needs mand wellbeing.
Our Programmes
AQA Registration and Assessment
This option is for families, tutors, schools and providers who are already delivering learning but require access to AQA Unit Award certification.
You choose suitable units and support the learner in completing the required criteria. The work can be completed in any appropriate format, provided that there is clear evidence for each part of the unit.
Evidence is then submitted to Inspired Ed. We assess the work, confirm that the criteria have been met and complete the certification process.
This option is suitable for home educators, independent tutors, schools, community groups and alternative providers that want to add recognised achievement to learning they already deliver.
Personalised Distance Learning Programme
Our personalised distance-learning programme includes planning, resources, assessment and AQA certification.
We begin by developing a learner profile. This helps us understand the learner’s interests, current abilities, preferred ways of working, educational needs and intended outcomes.
Suitable AQA units are then selected and organised into a personalised programme. All learning resources are supplied digitally, allowing the learner to work from home or another suitable setting.
Programmes can be delivered one unit at a time or arranged into themed courses. The pace can be adjusted according to the learner’s needs, and activities can be adapted to make learning accessible and engaging.
Activity Box Programme
The Activity Box Programme includes everything provided through our personalised distance-learning programme, together with a physical box of learning materials.
Each box is designed around the learner’s selected units and may include practical resources, craft materials, printed activities or other items needed to complete the learning.
This option can be particularly helpful for learners who prefer practical, tactile or screen-free activities. It also gives families and settings a convenient package containing the materials required for the programme.
Subjects and Learning Areas
Inspired Ed can build programmes across a wide range of academic, practical, creative and personal-development subjects. These may include English and communication, maths and functional skills, science and environmental learning, animal care, art and craft, cooking, independent living, sport, gaming, health, wellbeing and personal development, to mention but a few. We can cater for the most niche and unique interest within our programmes.
The AQA Unit Award Scheme contains units covering a very broad range of interests and abilities. This means learning can often begin with a subject the learner already enjoys and use that interest to encourage wider engagement, confidence and progress.
Programmes are not restricted to a fixed curriculum. Units can be combined to create an individual course, a themed project or a broader programme covering several learning areas.
